Hunter is the original manufacturer of the Wellington boot. With the brand suddenly back in vogue with chic festival goers, it was time to create a clear story and positioning for the brand.

With 153 years of Hunter heritage, ‘The original since 1856’, became a perfect platform to bring out the dual roles of Hunter. As a uniquely English Brand. Eccentric, and earthy. ‘The Best of British kit, for the worst of British weather’.

A new identity system was developed, building upon the iconic assets already available. The clarity we bought to the Brand positioning gave Hunter the opportunity to expand and grow it's business in a stable manner. It’s near ubiquity at summer festivals dominance of New York sidewalks is a testament to the positioning's success.
